Katie leads Crème with passion, bringing a wealth of experience from over 25 years in the industry.

Starting early
Katie started early in hospitality working at Chesfield Down Golf Club throughout her teens. A talent for organising events saw Katie pass up the chance to study Russian at university to build a full-time career in events.
Building experience
She built an annual portfolio of 300 events at Chesfield Down, before moving to bigger challenges with Choice Hotels, Thistle Hotels. To broaden her skills she then moved to CiM a specialist venue finding agency.
Leading Crème
United by a desire to offer clients superlative service, Katie founded Crème with Annette and Sarah in 2004. Twenty years on she continues to spearhead the business, leading Crème’s work in London, delivering for corporate clients such as Google, PwC and the Music Publishing Association.
Katie loves a house full of people, enjoying great food and conversation.

She brings a wealth of experience from over 25 years in the industry, and started Crème’s charity work.

Graduating in hospitality
Sarah graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Hotel, Catering and Tourism Management.
Building experience
She joined the management programme of Friendly Hotels, fulfilling operational and sales roles, before moving to Quality Hotels and Thistle Hotels where she met Katie. United by a desire to offer clients superlative service, Sarah founded Crème with Katie and Annette in 2004.
Growing Crème
Sarah leads Crème work with a variety of clients from the Badminton World Federation to Mencap, where Crème has secured “preferred agency” status for the charity.
Sarah loves running with Benny her cockerpoo.

She brings a wealth of experience from over 25 years in the industry, she leads Crème’s sport work.

Starting in the RAF
Annette joined the RAF at 18, learning early in life the power of discipline, team-work and friendship.
Building experience
After a period in advertising, Annette joined the hospitality industry in sales at Friendly Lodge (now Mercure Abbey Hotel) in Milton Keynes. She continued to build her career at Choice Hotels and then Thistle Hotels where she met Katie. United by a desire to offer clients superlative service, Annette founded Crème with Katie and Sarah in 2004.
Growing Crème
Annette leads Crème work with a variety of sports clients including Badminton Scotland and Badminton England.
Annette loves yoga and spending time with her family.

Daisy leads Crème’s work with pharmaceutical and medical clients.

Starting in Pharmaceuticals
Daisy started her career in project management in the pharmaceutical industry. Working with clients across Europe, she learnt the importance of attention to detail and client service.
Joining & building Crème
Daisy joined in 2022. She leads projects with clients in the pharmaceutical, education and technology sectors. Daisy is proud to have built-up Crème’s charity business with Beyond Food Foundation, one of London’s most pioneering charities, alongside supporting corporate clients
Daisy loves yoga, cooking and going on many holidays.

Jade leads Crème’s work with media and financial services clients.

Graduating in Fashion
Jade graduated from London College of Fashion, where she honed her creativity and developed her attention to detail, which she uses daily at Crème.
Joining & building Crème
Jade joined Crème in 2020, after 5 years in recruitment in New Zealand. Working with a wide variety of clients taught her what makes companies tick and how to deliver successful sales. Jade is proud to lead projects with Crème’s clients in media, medical and biotech sectors. She also leads Crème’s work with BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network), working with the banking industry internationally.
Jade loves travelling, especially to the southern hemisphere.

Amy leads Crème’s international work for a variety of clients in different sectors.

Graduating in French & Linguistics
Amy graduated in 2006 and headed straight to Tignes in France, working with Ski Olympic. Invaluable experience of international logistics proved a great preparation for her move into venue sourcing.
Joining & building Crème
Amy joined Crème in 2007. She’s helped build Crème for over a decade. She leads projects with Crème’s clients in the finance and retail sectors. Amy is proud to lead all Crème’s international work.
Amy loves family adventures, mountaineering and baking.
